Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to project teams regarding detailing, code analysis, project documentation, construction administration, and other project-centric processes.
  • Provide technical detailing with a variety of materials, systems, etc.
  • Develop additional quality review protocols to enhance existing procedures.
  • Review, write, and mentor team on the production of specifications.
  • Collaborate with designers and teams to translate design concepts into sound technical solutions.
  • Independently performs assignments to expected results.
  • Understands the client's decision-making processes and develop relationships internallyand externally.
  • May supervise or coordinate the work of other professionals who support specific assignments

Qualifications

  • At least 15 years continuous experience in the A/E consulting field immediately prior to this assignment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and AutoCAD/MS Office application interfacing

  • Minimum High School or GED equivelant with preference for completion of an Associates Degree

  • Valid driver’s license
