Responsibilities

As an Executive Advisor, you will be crucial in analyzing multiple business group-related challenges, identifying opportunities, and recommending appropriate solutions to optimize the company's operations. Your expertise and strategic insights will enhance efficiency and improve overall business group performance.

  • Collaborate with multiple Business Group Directors to develop and refine their Strategic Plan.
  • Identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the existing infrastructure and processes.
  • Provide pursuit strategy and proposal development.
  • Provide leadership and direction in the development of new business for multiple business groups.
  • Support efforts to recruit key hires within multiple business groups.
  • Assist multiple business groups by introducing staff to clients such as, but not limited to: City of Austin, Austin Project Connect and CTRMA.
  • Represent the company brand and culture at all times.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • Proven track record of leadership and development of new business
  • Proven track record of operations and management

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
