Responsibilities

The Construction Management Intern will support the Project Management team in executing and managing various construction projects within the Houston area. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction management and to contribute to the success of our projects while learning under the mentorship of experienced professionals. 

 

  • Assist Project Managers and team members in planning, executing, and finalizing projects. 
  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of progress reports, proposals, and other documentation. 
  • Attend project meetings and assist in maintaining effective communication among project teams, clients, and other stakeholders. 
  • Engage in the review of project documents for completeness and accuracy, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals. 
  • Assist in project close-out procedures and ensure compliance with contract documents. 

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma. 
  • Currently working toward a Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Management field. 
  • Previous internship experience preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products suite, including Microsoft Project
