    Responsibilities

    LAN is currently seeking to hire an Entry Level Graphic Designer. This role will support both proposal and corporate marketing teams in producing high-quality marketing materials:

    • Implementation of branding and graphic standards
    • Assist as needed in producing organized and aesthetically pleasing proposal documents in accordance with client specifications
    • Create and produce a wide variety of collateral materials
    • Develop original artwork or illustrations
    • Occasional specialized website graphics
    • Design print and electronic advertising pieces
    • Produce conference, tradeshow, and event graphics
    • Assist in creating internal and external presentations
    • Capture photos and video for projects across various departments as needed
    • Maintain an organized filing system for all graphic material
    • Assist in keeping a catalog naming system on all graphic/collateral materials

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design or equivalent
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience
    • Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge in After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Wordpress, and Sharepoint are a plus
    • Experience in Photography and Videography is preferred not required
    • Comfortable in PC environment
    • Ability to work as part of a team, take direction and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
