The Marketing & Graphic Design Intern will assist in producing PowerPoint presentations and accompanying leave-behinds/marketing collateral materials. The intern will assist other marketing staff in preparing submittals and maintaining and updating all data resources. Responsibilities will include preparation of a variety of submittals, including proposals, letters of interest, statements of qualifications, SF330, and presentation leave-behinds. This includes page layout and design, writing, editing, proofing, coordinating with graphic designers, printing, and production of submittals and other marketing pieces.
Day-to-day responsibilities include actively participating in everything from proposal, database, electronic and social media marketing to tradeshow and marketing literature creation. Supporting marketing staff in preparation for events, meetings, proposals and other functions as needed. Assisting with administrative work database record keeping in support of proposal marketing efforts Developing sales and marketing presentation materials Participating in traditional, online, email and social media marketing efforts.
