Responsibilities

LAN is offering a summer internship opportunity within it's Transportation Bridge Design Section in the Dallas Office. We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a strong interest in gaining bridge design experience to join our team. Candidates selected for the Bridge Section would assist in a wide variety of tasks for both highway and railway structures/projects; which could include analysis, design, detailing and/or inspection. Successful candidate must be capable of working in a team environment and have a history of producing quality work in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in ABET accredited Bachelor or Master of Civil Engineering program.
  • Emphasis on structural engineering preferred.
  • If working in a masters program, possessing EIT is preferred.
  • Previous intern experience preferred.
