Responsibilities

  • Receives and relays incoming calls and routes calls appropriately;
  • Directs calls of a general nature to the proper party;
  • Receives and directs visitors, clients and applicants to appropriate individual;
  • Orders and distributes office supplies to supply room and copy area;
  • Responsible for ordering lunches and setting up and cleaning of conference rooms for meetings;
  • Maintains a log of daily package deliveries, courier trips, etc.;
  • Performs general clerical duties such as typing and computer work;
  • Responsible for maintaining office supplies;

  • Reviewing and processing expense reports through Deltek Vision software;

  • Providing admin assistance to all staff members in the Dallas office;

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in similar role
  • Working familiarity with CISCO phone systems including conference call/presentation set up
  • Ability to act autonomously and work in a fast paced environment
