This position is with the facilities engineering group and the successful candidate will provide mechanical design support on projects in Healthcare, Food Distribution and Manufacturing and other vertical construction projects.
Mechanical Designer to support engineers with design and production efforts mainly for vertical construction projects. Preferred location is Dallas, Texas.
Candidate will support engineering staff from multiple office locations
Candidates will also have the opportunity to diversify into other facilities engineering disciplines as well.
Highly proficient with Revit
At least five (5) years continuous experience in the A/E consulting field immediately prior to this assignment
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and AutoCAD/MS Office application interfacing
Proficient with current common plumbing and HVAC codes and ASHRAE guidelines
Experience with specifications – CSI and Master Spec Formats
Willingness to support architectural, electrical and structural disciplines
