Description LAN has an opportunity for the right person to lead our Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Teams as our Practice Builder. This person will have the opportunity of expanding and leading our treatment plant design team members from multiple offices. The ideal individual will be given the opportunity to be our seller-doer where they will have the support to develop and maintain client relationships, position for and win projects, and lead the design team in various capacities in the analysis and design of wastewater treatment plant projects. This will include developing and maintaining work load, assuring the production quality work and providing exceptional service to our clients. The location of the role is available in our Dallas, Houston or Austin offices. Expertise: The successful candidate will have a solid history of successfully winning and managing work in the wastewater treatment plant design markets. The position offers an individual with an attitude focusing on results-based service to clients, strong leadership and business skills the chance to lead by example.
