Responsibilities

The individual in this position will be responsible for leading efforts to expand LAN’s existing Stormwater Infrastructure Engineering practice in the North Texas region and adjacent areas.

The successful candidate is expected to further develop and maintain client relationships, acquire leads, position for projects, develop teaming arrangements, lead proposal preparation, and participate in interviews. 

The individual in this position will manage and coordinate the efforts for project teams on diverse stormwater related projects for municipal, state, and federal clients.
 
 

Qualifications

 

  • Licensed as a Texas Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)
  • 10+ years in a similar role as listed above
  • Must have proven ability to win and complete work as a project manager 
  • FEMA Map MOD and/or Risk MAP experience required
  • Candidates with a lead role on current FEMA mapping team are preferred
  • FEMA CTP experience a plus
  • Municipal stormwater experience in North Texas
  • Experience with TxDOT drainage is a plus.
